Mr. Edward Ajayi Group Executive Chairman
He was a seasoned and accomplished banker who rose to become an Executive Director in his chosen profession by share dint of hard work, dedication and commitment to duty. He has had over twenty (20) years of cognate banking experience, thirteen 13 years at Senior Management and seven (7) years of which he served at Directorate level. He was a distinguished member of Board of Hallmark Bank Plc until December 2005 when he founded EOA Holdings Limited as the pioneer Group Executive Chairman. He has brought to bear in managing the affairs of the company on daily basis, unique policy thrust/initiatives, strategic direction and innovation whilst deploying his immense and diverse wealth of experience cum exposures, depth of reach/contact within the financial industry in particular nay the national economy in general. Mr. Ajayi holds both B. Sc (Hons), and MBA degrees and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He has attended various courses, seminars and workshops both locally and internationally.
Ayodele Olojede Head, Strategy & Business Development
Ayodele joined EOA Holdings from UACN Plc having taken up and excelled in multiple roles in his 5 years with the Multi-National conglomerate. He is Chartered Accountant with over 8 years experience but has excelled distinctly in various fields including Internal Controls, Finance and Customer Service, Until his appointment with EOA Holdings he was the Regional Manager Lagos for UAC Foods Ltd (a joint venture between UACN Plc and Tiger Brands of South Africa) where is business initiatives not only sustained the dominance of the brands but set the company on an unprecedented path of growth and sustained profitability. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Oxford Brookes University UK, a Master in Business Administration from University of Lagos and qualified 8 years ago as a chartered Accountant at the very young age of 22. Ayodele is a proven Leader, Mentor, Facilitator and a Sports Enthusiast who plays football, golf, lawn tennis and swims.
Mr. Andrew A. Uwajeh Head, Foreign Operations
Mr. Andrew Uwajeh holds a HND in Business Administration from Yaba College of Technology along with a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) and an MBA in International Relations, Strategic Studies and Human Resources Management both from Lagos State University (LASU). His banking Career dates back to 1991 with Manufacturers Merchant Bank Limited (i.e Manny Bank Plc). In 1994, he joined Hallmark Bank Plc as a Supervisor and steadily rose to the rank of Manager, Treasury and Financial Institutions; International Payment units. He joined EOA Holdings in May 2006 as the Head, Foreign Operations.
Lawrence Iniemogha Finance Manager
He is the Group Finance Manager, an Associate member of various professional bodies including The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), The Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN) as well as a Student Member of the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (USA). Lawrence has worked in various Companies traversing major sectors and sub-sectors of the economy. He has attended several local and international trainings, workshops and seminars on various Management issues. He is widely travelled and happily married.
Pedro Eriminator Head, Human Resources & Admin.
Pedro is currently the Group Head Human Resources & Admin of EOA Holdings. He started his work career with Tractor & Equipment Nigeria Limited now Mantrac Nigeria Limited in 2001 where he worked for five years before joining Rosk & Chene Consulting in 2006 as the Human Resources & Training Consultants. He joined Resourcery Plc in 2008 as the Learning & Performance Manager. He left Resourcery Plc in 2011 to join Premium Health Limited as the Human Resources/ Performance & Learning Manager. Pedro holds a Master Degree in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from University of Lagos and he is currently a PhD student in Psychology at Manchester Business School. Projects successfully completed include but not limited to implementing Balanced Scorecards, Building Competency Matrix, Setting Up New Human Resources Division - coming up with Human Resources functional plans, Processes & Policies and writing of job descriptions for all SBUs.
